Session Details

​

Individual Counselling

Duration: 60 minutes

Price: $150 for the initial session; $100 for follow-up sessions.

​

Couples Counselling

Duration: 90 minutes (for the first session)

Price: $220 for the initial consultation; follow-up sessions are priced individually.

Modalities

​

Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

This focuses on changing negative thoughts, patterns and behaviours.

It’s practical and goal oriented.

 

Psychodynamic Therapy

We explore the unconscious processes and past experiences to understand current behaviours and feelings.

 

Humanistic Therapy

Emphasises on personal growth and self-actualisation. I provide a supportive environment for clients to lead at their own pace and to focus on what comes up at the time, client-cantered therapy.

 

Gestalt Therapy

Bringing the current focuses on awareness and living in the present moment. I encourage my clients to experience their feelings fully in a supportive environment. 

 

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy:

Concentrating on finding solutions and building on clients' strengths rather than analysing problems in depth.

 

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I teach and  use mindfulness techniques to help clients stay present and to have the tools when required to reduce stressful situations.

 

Existential Therapy

Addresses issues of meaning, choice, and existence, helping clients confront fundamental life questions.

 

Narrative Therapy

This helps clients to reframe their life stories and see problems as separate from themselves.

 

Family or Systemic Therapy

Together we look at relational dynamics within families or systems affecting the individual.

 

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

I combine mindfulness with behavioural strategies to accept difficult thoughts and feelings while committing to action aligned with personal values.

Root Cause Therapy

we look at the underlying trigger or patterns causing the unwanted emotional reaction or response, breaking the chains of trauma.
