Jason Britton
I am psychotherapist and have study in counselling, clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, Somatic psychotherapy, breath work, sound therapy. He provides a calm, grounded and safe space for adults seeking to explore and understand their inner selves more deeply or shift long‑held patterns.
My approach is gentle, relational, and attuned, integrating counselling, hypnotherapy, and somatic psychotherapy, NLP, breath work and sound therapy to support change at both the conscious and subconscious levels. Jason works with the whole person — thoughts, emotions, body responses, and the deeper patterns shaped by past experiences and beliefs and he moves at a pace that feels safe and collaborative.
He brings a steady, intuitive presence to his work, with a deep respect for the ways people adapt and protect themselves. Jason is particularly attuned to the impact of trauma, stress, and early experiences on the nervous system, and he supports people to explore what’s happening beneath the surface with clarity and compassion. His focus is on helping individuals build new pathways for regulation, insight, and connection, and to develop responses that feel more grounded, intentional, and aligned with their values.
Jason also has a strong interest in the intersection of emotional wellbeing, spirituality, and the subtle layers of human experience. He brings a thoughtful, non‑imposing awareness of these dimensions into his work when it feels meaningful for the person he is supporting. His intention is always to create a space where people feel understood, empowered, and able to reconnect with their own inner resources.
